ARE CHEMICALS INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY RATE?
All standard chemicals (such as chlorine and acid) are included in the monthly service rate. However, we use specialty chemicals in your pool on a weekly basis (such as conditioner, algaecide, and water clarifiers) if needed. We bill on a semi-annual basis for those specialty chemicals at a rate that varies depending on the size of your pool.
ARE FILTER CLEANINGS AND SALT CELL CLEANS INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY RATE?
Our monthly service rate does not include filter or salt cell cleans. We perform filter cleanings on a semi-annually basis for all of our customers. We do salt cell cleanings on a quarterly basis. We bill for these separately from the monthly service charges once the cleaning is performed..
DOES PATTERSON POOL CARE REQUIRE A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
No. Our service plans are month-to-month. You can discontinue service at any point in time. We just kindly ask that you provide us with 30 days advance notice
HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
Our customers are auto-billed on the 15th day of each month. For convenience, we offer two auto-pay options, either credit card or ACH (bank draft).
